Just over an hour from Bangkok, Wangnoi Prestige Golf & Country Club is a well-priced, above average golf experience.  Under new management in 2018, the former Muak Ake layout was re-grassed and the clubhouse renovated. The course is 7,238 yards with Zoysia grass fairways and ultra-dwarf TiffEagle greens. Fairways are often flanked by large, mature trees while strategically placed bunkers form hazards that come into play on most holes. The signature hole is the 568 yard, Par-5 17th hole. There is a good clubhouse and restaurant serving all day dining options, including Thai, Asian and international dishes.  A surprisingly well-stocked cellar offers fine wines, unusual in Thailand, even at high-end clubs.
