Built in 1997, Victory Park Golf & Country Club was the first 18-hole golf course in Nong Khai province, next to the Thai border with Laos.

This par-72 course measures 6,888-yard and was designed by American golf course architect James R. Vaughn.  It features a range of holes from the short 172 yard par-3 13th, to the longest hole on the golf course, the par-5 7th, which plays to 599 yards from the back tees. 

Victory Park is a pleasant experience for golfers travelling in the Isaan region or over from Laos. Its clubhouse facilities are however basic, with just a restaurant and no other international standard facilities.
