This Nick Faldo designed 18-hole, par 72 course is in Rayong, just 30-minutes drive from Pattaya. Situated on a peninsula in the Dok Krai Reservoir, it enjoys cool water breezes at certain times of the year. Formerly known as Rayong Country Club, King Naga Golf Club has a flat links feel to it with its point of difference being the existence of over 100 bunkers, on the fairway landing areas and around the greens. The signature hole is the 593 yard, 18th hole which is surrounded by a staggering sixteen bunkers, mostly situated around the landing areas at 260 yards and 415 yards. Four sets of tees mean that golfers of all abilities will enjoy playing this course.  Course conditions vary according to the season. High scoring is more likely in the dry season when the grass is cut back and the course well-maintained.  In the wet season, the course can get quite waterlogged, due to inadequate drainage. Facilities are basic but commensurate to the relatively low green fees.
