Established in 1993, the course has three good quality nine hole lay outs, with excellent water features and mature trees in natural surrounds. There is plenty of variety in terms of length, width, dog legs to the right and left. The fairways are mostly in good condition but the greens are generally a bit on the slow side and the rough is probably too punishing for the average golfer. The course has plenty of well-stocked refreshments kiosks, good practice facilities, spacious locker rooms and an extensive pro shop. One of the closer courses to the centre of Bangkok, Lakewood is good value for money and the staff take care of visitors very well.
