One of the newest additions to golf in Bangkok, Riverdale was opened in 2010 and designed by the well regarded Jon Morrow. Not the prettiest venue, surrounded by old industrial factories it will look better in a few years when the trees have grown. Built on old farm land, the course is laid out in a huge bowl which can get very hot due to the lack of wind but the modern clubhouse has fantastic views over the whole course. The on-course facilities are well-stocked and the practice facilities are excellent. The rounds are fairly slow and the caddies quite inexperienced. It will probably take a few years for this course to reach its prime.
