Located 25 km east of Chiang Mai and built among several mountains and surrounded by nature, Alpine is undoubtedly one of Chiang Mai's best golf courses. Formally known as Chiangmai Lumphun Golf Club, it was redesigned by Ron Garl in 1996 and the new look is reminiscent of an American style course.  Alpine was put on the professional circuit and recognized for its world-class layout when it hosted the Asian Tour in 2013 and the Chiang Mai Classic in 2014. The clubhouse is an extension of the 78 room hotel which has excellent spa facilities, swimming pool and restuaurants.
