Although described as a resort course, Laguna is more than that and hosted the Thailand Open in 2009.The course was re-designed in 2014, and now the Laguna Golf Phuket is both more challenging and memorable. Golfers need to think their way around the golf course as each hole offers a multitude of shot options and both nines have a good variety. The golf course is part of the Laguna complex, consisting of many quality 5 star hotels.  It offers excellent service, quality locker rooms and a well- stocked pro-shop. Laguna Golf Phuket is only 200 yards from the sea so the cooling ocean breezes are very welcome as no carts are available on the course. The food and drinks are relatively expensive.
